・We hope our each customers will enjoy Hiroshima's Okonomiy-Yaki.
・We offer various types of teppanyaki and standard menus such as stew, but since we are an Okonomi-yaki restaurant, we decided the food allergy related information regarding menus of Okonomi-yaki and Yaki-Soba.
・This is a historical Okonomi-Yaki (Okonomiyaki) restaurant that has been running for nearly 20 years in Kyodo. The owner, who was trained in Hiroshima, has been providing customers with the same taste and philosophy as in the past 20 years with the hope that customers will enjoy the delicious Hiroshima Okonomi-Yaki.
・As you enter the restaurant, you will see a large teppan (Iron plate) in front of you, where you can enjoy various teppan-yaki dishes including Okonomi-Yaki. Since the dishes are served on the same teppan and using the same cooking utensils, there is a high possibility that allergenic ingredients other than those listed in SmileMenu will be mixed in. Therefore, we believe that if you have a serious food allergy reaction to a small amount of allergen contamination, it may be a better option for you not to use this restaurant. There are many different types and severity of allergies, and the content and amount of allergens that people react to varies from person to person, so we believe that for some people, disclosed information of SmileMenu will lead to peace of mind, and Hassho-san has a positive mind and cooperates SmileMenu so that they want as many people as possible to enjoy their meals. Although the principle of SmileMenu users' self-responsibility exists, we recommend that you consult with your doctor and take into account the constitution and physical condition of yourself as a matter of etiquette, and that you will enjoy Hassho-san so as not to cause any inconvenience to this restaurant (and to the other customers who enjoy eating in Hassho-san. ・Some of the ingredients used in the regular Okonomi-Yaki are difficult to disclose in detail. For this reason, the Okonomi-Yaki shown in SmileMenu has been substituted with ingredients that can be confirmed by Food Allergy Association of Japan. When ordering from SmileMenu, please be sure to tell Hassho-san about ① the fact that you saw SmileMenu, and ② the nature and severity of your allergy. (This is a normal process for not only Hassho-san but also other restaurants for SmileMenu, but this process is especially important for Hassho-san because they substitute specific ingredients for the menus of SmileMenu.
