・The Western-Japanese restaurant "Hashiguchi-tei" opened in Chitose-Karasuyama in 2008 and became a hot topic.
・In 2013, the restaurant closed, much to the regret of the locals and regular customers…
・Then, in November 2016, we moved to Kyodo, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, and reopened as the "Original Chitoka-Rice Restaurant!".
・Hashiguchi-tei" is different from other Western-Japanese restaurants in terms of western food such as "Omelette", "Cabbage roll", "Steak", etc., not to mention "Chitoka-Rice" and "Hand-grown hamburger steak" that have been loved for a long time.

・Hashiguchi-tei's Hamburger steak has been featured on TV Asahi's "Hakase Chan" ( in Nov. 2020), and is often introduced in various media. It is loved by many people both locally and in Chitose-Karasuyama where the old store was located.
・Even before they became a sponsor of Food Allergy Association of Japan's SmileMenu, they had been working hard to make their customers happy by providing foods that they prefer, including food allergies, likes and dislikes, by removing them as much as possible. Although there are difficult things to deal with, they try to deal with them to the extent possible through communication.
・The restaurant has agreed to SmileMenu because they want their customers to eat well and enjoy their food. If you have food allergies, please inform the restaurant of the type and severity of your allergies, and it would be wonderful if you could enjoy the dishes of Hashiguchi-tei to the extent that is comfortable for both parties. ・Not only for food allergies, but also to accommodate likes and dislikes, we have been responding to requests from customers on a daily basis to omit certain ingredients (crustaceans, bacon, etc.). Although it is difficult to accommodate some of these requests, we have tried to accommodate them to the extent possible. ・We have recently analyzed the ingredients of the dishes on Food Allergy Association of Japan's SmileMenu and confirmed the allergens contained in the multiple ingredients. If an ingredient is an allergen itself, it can be removed or substituted, but if it is contained in multiple ingredients, it is difficult to remove. For example, wheat and dairy products in Chitka-Rice are found in dried consommé soup, and the dairy products are derived from lactose. These cannot be removed. ・In some cases, customers who could not enjoy Western Japanese food at other restaurants may come to our restaurant and enjoy it. For example, if you are not good with dairy products, we may prepare and serve a dish without using direct allergens such as butter or cream, after being aware of the possibility of allergens being contained in multiple ingredients. We ask our customers to be aware of their own health conditions and to eat at their own risk. We are happy that our customers can enjoy our food with their whole family. ・We use both hand washing and machine washing for cleaning utensils. Frying pans are washed by hand, while glasses and plates are washed by machine. ・We can accept people with food allergies to bring their own food.
