・ We are supported by the smiles of local customers. It is so much encouraging for us to be able to talk with everyone with a smile.
・ We will strive to make "safe and delicious Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake)" so that we will never betray the smiles we receive ,and will aim to be loved by our customers as a shop with a lots of smiles.
・ Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake) uses some allergen ingredients such as eggs, dairy products, and wheat so that we have not disclosed allergen information until now. Because we have sympathy with the future that Food Allergy Association of Japan believes and there may be food allergy customers who can accept our products because allergen ingredient do not match their allergens, so we would like to cooperate with starting food allergy information disclosure . And we would like to cooperate with the information disclosure in English.
・Standard menu of Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake) and shaved ice are listed as allergy related information menu. We do not disclose the information about seasonal menus.
・ Our store and Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake) were featured in "A MEAL MAKES HER FORGET" of Big Comic Spirits (released on May 25, 2020, Issue 26th). Enjoy the taste of “Chewy and Fluffy” and tightly packed “Red bean jam" that are introduced in the story!
・The female owner of the shop was impressed by the taste of Imagawa-Yaki(Wheel Cake) and started to work at the impressed sweets shop, which had been open at Chofu for 30 years, after quitting her company. Because the shop was closed, she opened a new shop with the legendary recipe. For the 10th anniversary, the new shop has succeeded and the taste of Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake) becomes a soul food of Chofu.
・ The Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake) is delicious even when cooled. The freshly cooked is delicious, of course, but it's moist and fluffy even when it's cold. The Imagawa-yaki with full of red bean jam makes us so happy.
・ The main ingredients are homemade. The red bean jam of Imagawa-yaki(Wheel Cake) and the syrup of shaved ice are homemade. The syrup is made of fruits.
・ It is sold on-site at famous stores in Japan, such as "Matsuya Ginza".
・ Let's beat corona virus! Azukiya Ando-san is praying for every customers' safe and healthy with a branding of "Amabie".
