- There are many families with children and mam mates. There is no problem in coming with a stroller.
- Because soy sauce is used for cooking and sushi, all menus use the allergen of “wheat” and “soybean”. Sesame oil is not used in the store.
- Sushi can be served with salt, not soy sauce (included allergen : wheat and soy).
- Kind of sashimi changes daily of "Kasisendon : Bowl of rice topped with sashimi (Sliced raw fish) ", "Bara-chirashi : Assortment of raw fish on a bowl of rice" and set menus (A, B), so please check the contents at this restaurant.
- The name of the restaurant was derived from the combination of “Ta” by the owner's name, Mr. Tanaka, and “Ichi” based on the desire to always remember the originality (Ichi means one).
- The owner would like you to order the items you want to eat in the store and enjoy the handmade items.
- The owners from Aomori Prefecture uses products directly from the local Tohoku region. A 5A-class beef of "Tago Beef", chicken of Shamrock from Gonohe (purchased by the Imperial Household Agency), horse meat of sashimi from Gonohe and rice of Akita-Komachi.
- Sake, shochu (Japanese yam), and wine are all served from Aomori. (Alcohol is out of target for displaying allergens.)
- At the counter seats, you can enjoy the performance of the owner who cooks right before your eyes.
