・We are a Japanese confectionery shop that diligently makes sweets that are safe and delicious.
・We have been serving customers in Sangen-jaya and other areas for three generations since my grandfather, and after meeting with Food Allergy Association of Japan, which operates SmileMenu, we will start from what we can do to help those who are worried about food allergies
・We hope to offer sweets that you can enjoy and feel the colors of the seasons that are unique to Japan. We look forward to serving you.
・"We want to provide delicious sweets to our customers. We are happy when our customers say that our products are delicious." The owner told us that he puts his heart and soul into making his products so that people will say they are delicious.
・Making sweets is simple. With a history that will soon be nearly 100 years old, they are constantly working on improving the taste while keeping their own flavor.
・The "Chazawa no Ayu," which has been selected as one of the Setagaya souvenirs, has a glutinous Gyuhi and a special crust that makes you smile with the aroma of sesame seeds. Other seasonal sweets are also available.
・The owner actively participates in the activities of the local shopping district, hoping for its development. When you come to the store, you can talk with him about various topics such as casual conversation and the history of Sangen-jaya. SmileMenu does not display individual allergen labels, but instead discloses all the allergens handled by the store together (except for other companies' products such as rice crackers). Although all the ingredients of each product can be explained at the store, there is a risk of contamination of all the allergens disclosed on SmileMenu because they are produced in the same workshop (Other companies' products have the ingredients listed on the packaging label and are not subject to the allergens listed in SmileMenu.). Among them, there are some allergens that have a particularly high possibility of contamination, so we recommend that you inform us of the type and severity of your allergens at the store and consult with them within a range that is comfortable for you and the store.
・We have heard that when they distribute sweets to nursery schools and elementary schools, they sometimes prepare different equipment to prevent contamination (it is difficult to change the ingredients).For large orders, it would be better to consult with them in plenty of time.

However, please be aware that various allergens are used in the same manufacturing location and may be contaminated. ・We can inform you of the allergens of individual products, but since allergens can be contaminated in the workshop, please use our store on the assumption that all of the allergens used in the workshop are disclosed/shared and that there is a possibility of contamination. We have been dealing with inquiries about allergens contained in our products, but we are not sure if we will be able to disclose the information on SmileMenu. This is a new approach, and we are sure that we will learn a lot while communicating with our customers. We would like to talk with you in detail, so please feel free to contact us when you have time. ・We are a take-out store, so there is no need to bring your own food. ・In order to protect the taste of the store, it is very difficult to change the formula or ingredients. In some cases, we are able to provide different equipment to avoid contamination when purchasing in large quantities, but in many cases, we are not able to accept requests to deal with specific allergens that are not used. |
