・We are a sushi restaurant that wants to meet each customer and make them feel at home.
・We would like to provide our customers with the best products from the sea and the land, just as they are in their natural condition.
・We will strive to make sure that our customers can enjoy our dishes according to their constitution, including food allergies.
・If you are allergic to something, you may feel uncomfortable telling us about it, which may cause you to stay away from sushi restaurants. There is nothing wrong with telling us that you are allergic to something, and we believe that by communicating with you about the type and severity of your allergy, we can provide you with the pleasure of eating.
・SUSHI Kiraku san was opened by the grandfather of the current owner and has been in business for over 80 years in Kyodo.
・During the period of economic growth from the mid-war to the high economic growth after the war, the restaurant was mainly catering to the local Toho film studios and wedding and funeral ceremonies. The current face-to-face sushi restaurant was developed when the current owner wanted to serve sushi while seeing the customers' faces.
・He wanted his customers to be able to enjoy the fresh fish, which is a blessing of nature, in a timely manner. It is difficult for a restaurant that focuses on delivery to customers. After overcoming various conflicts and disputes, he must have achieved his current style.
・We were impressed by how he was able to realize his challenge to the world, which he had envisioned with pride, and how he was able to compete. There must have been many events in the process of believing in and pursuing his dream.
・We imagine that all of this was done out of a fundamental desire for the customers in front of him to enjoy sushi and to be happy.
・The reason why SUSHI Kiraku san agreed to our SmileMenu was because he wanted as many people as possible to be able to enjoy sushi beyond food allergies.
・Eating is living. Enjoy eating with joy and smiles around the same table with as many people as possible equals "Enjoy living". This is ultimately what we at Food Allergy Association of Japan desire.
・He is determined to make sushi enjoyable for people with food allergies. On the other hand, for those of us who are suffering from food allergies, if we can visit the restaurant with good manners and moderation, there will be a new "delicious and enjoyable" future beyond communication.
・If you are not good at wheat or soybeans, you may not be able to enjoy the same dishes as your fellow guests due to the use of soy sauce in the dishes, so we recommend that you consult with SUSHI Kiraku san how to enjoy their sushi.
・Please inform SUSHI Kiraku san of the type and severity of your allergies on the day of your visit, rather than applying or consulting in advance.

・There is a limit to what we can do, but we will do our best to make sure that you enjoy your meal according to your constitution. ・When we serve nikiri-soy sauce on sushi, we use a shared brush. It is not easy to use different brushes, so we can provide the sushi without applying nikiri-soy sauce. ・The cutting board at the counter is cleaned by blowing up. Shrimps, crabs and other crustaceans are handled on the same cutting board. If you have any sushi that you are not good with, we will provide you with an alternative sushi. ・The sushi is prepared in such a way that there is no contamination or contact with the other ingredients, but when it is served, there is a possibility that the ingredients may come into contact with the cutting board. If it is difficult for you to eat such a small amount of contamination, please let us know when you enter the restaurant. ・If you are sensitive to wheat or soy and cannot eat soy sauce, we can serve sushi with salt. If you let us know in advance, we can prepare wheat- and soy-free soy sauce (we may not be able to serve dishes that use soy sauce or nikiri (boiled) soy sauce). ・The basic seasonings are green onions, ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, salt, sugar, sake, mirin, and olive oil. Most of the final seasoning will be soy sauce, so if you are allergic to wheat or soybeans, the dishes you and your companion will be served may be different. ・If you have any food allergies, please do not hesitate to tell us when you are seated. If you are allergic to something, you may feel uncomfortable to tell us about it, and you may keep your distance from the sushi restaurant. We would like to tell you that it is not a bad thing to tell us that you are allergic to something. ・The owner chef is in charge of checking for food allergies, cooking and serving the food, so there is no chance of miscommunication during order and serve. ・If you are not good with wheat or soybeans, you can bring your own soy sauce. ・We do prepare sushi before opening, but it is rarely cooked on the counter, so we think the possibility of contamination is low. ・In principle, we would like you to inform us of the type and severity of your allergies when you come to our restaurant on the day of your visit, rather than calling in advance, so that we can communicate with you. |
