* We do not use allegens, whics customers want to remove, directly in our products, but we make cakes in a same atelier using eggs, flour, and dairy products etc. When making an allergy-friendly cake, we operate an allergy-friendly product first, and then create a regular cake that uses allergens.

* In addition to the 7 major allergens, during 28 allergens, "soy, banana, peach, apple, gelatin, orange, and almond" (fruits are depending on season) may be used in each cake. Please tell us your avoiding allergens.
