・We are an egg free, dairy free, white sugar free, wholesome treats shop. (All treats will be vegan).
・We want our customers to enjoy our sweets with all their family and friends, whether they have food allergies or not, whether they are vegan or not. Our aim is to create healthy, safe, delicious and beautiful pastries.
・The sweets are only available on Fridays and Saturdays (we can ship nationwide within a day if refrigerated). Please note that we often sell out in advance.

・We were very impressed by the fact that she puts her heart and soul into her work, imagining the joy on the faces of the people who will enjoy her cakes.(When ordering a whole cake, she always asks the customer to come to her shop or send her a photo of the person who will be eating the cake, so that she can imagine their delightful faces in detail).
・The happiest part of making a cake is to see the delight on the customer's face when they receive their cake. Because she has also experienced making sweets where she cannot see the face of the person she has made the cake for, she is determined to make as many cakes as she can and serve them herself, even though the number is limited. Because she has worked so hard to make the sweets, she takes great care to ensure that they arrive beautifully packaged for delivery to distant destinations.(In addition to the usual baking, the process of making the sweets is very demanding and difficult, with allergens to be taken into account, but we were warmly told that the joy of making the sweets outweighs the difficulties.)

・One of the sweets featured on SmileMenu is a shortcake, which is not only free from animal protein but also free from wheat. The fruits in the "Menu with Allergens" tab are seasonal fruits, so each fruit is marked with a "☆". Please check the actual fruit when you order.
・They use local fruit and ingredients as much as possible. They are very close to the farmers who are particular about their products, and we have heard stories of farmers who supply fruit that loses its taste in the rain, and will not supply it if it rains on the day of harvest. There is no honey used in any of the ingredients of the sweets.

・As we are a vegan sweet shop, we do not use any ingredients of animal origin in our workshops. About 28 allergens indicated by the Food Labeling Low : eggs, dairy products, shrimps, crabs, salmon roe, mackerel, salmon, squid, chicken, gelatin, pork, beef and abalone are not used or brought into our workshops. ・Some of our sweets are made without wheat as an ingredient. These sweets are made in our workshop using wheat. Some equipment, such as food processors and bowls, are shared with the wheat sweets (they are cleaned as thoroughly as possible before being used). We use different sieves for wheat flour and rice flour, with different shapes and markings. If we are making both wheat-free and wheat-based sweets on the same day, we make the wheat-free cake first thing in the day. ・We use peanuts and tree nuts as ingredients in our sweets (some sweets do not use them as ingredients). Even when they are not used as an ingredient, some of our equipment, such as food processors, are shared with other sweets that contain nuts, such as almonds and cashews (which are cleaned thoroughly before use). ・If you have any food allergies, we ask that you inform us of the severity and type of allergen when you place your order.
