・GLUTEN FREE TREATS values three things: 1) Delicious Tasty, 2) Healthy and Wealthy, and 3) Ethical and People/Environmental Friendly. We make original gluten-free products that satisfy all three values:
・We do not use or bring in 7 allergens (specified by the Food Labeling Law). Among the other 21 allergen items, which is recommended to display by the Law, an orange peel may be used in the future.(not used as of November 2020).
・Our gluten-free and vegan mixed flours, baked goods and organic cotton products are available for wholesale to not only private customers, but also to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, nurseries and other corporate customers in various industries.
