・We are a bakery offering French and homemade breads.
・We have a relationship with Tokyo University of Agriculture, the nearest station to Kyodo, and we offer collaborative products and related products.
・Some of the staff are students of nutrition at the Tokyo University of Agriculture, so they share their knowledge of allergies and calorie counting with the other staffs.
・We go to the workshops held by the Public Health Center to study not only food allergies, but also hygiene and other important points.
・With the desire to do something meaningful if they are going to do the same thing, they offer products that actively use rice flour related to the activities to protect the Sado island's Toki, and sell Egoma jam from Namie-Machi, Fukushima Prefecture. ("Tokimeki bread" and "Raw caramel milk Egoma Jam" on SmileMenu.)
・They have a desire to provide products with consideration for people with food allergies, such as baking rice flour bread using rice flour from Sado Island (but it was unprofitable and they had to give up the offer in the past).
