・"The people who gather here are all friends. " These words from the owner with a big smile seemed to encapsulate the charm of this restaurant.
・The owner, who is the second generation to take over from his father, has been operating a Chinese restaurant in Hachimanyama for over 60 years. According to him, 80-90% of his customers are repeat customers. Local volunteer fire department, Hachiei-kai in the shopping street, mothers' volleyball, futsal, and amateur baseball. This is the "home" of the students, coaches, and alumni of Meiji University athletic teams (Kyoso-bu, Soccer, Rugby, American football, Archery, and Basketball), the Nihon University Junkoushiki baseball team, and other . There is also a J-League player who had his Olympic send-off party at this restaurant.

・The rice is purchased directly from a farmer in Nagano Prefecture, and is milled each time. (The staff was allowed to try the rice bran, which was sweet and delicious.)
