・We are a buckwheat noodle restaurant serving seasonal dishes and buckwheat noodles for you to enjoy with sake.
・We serve handmade buckwheat noodles milled in a stone mortar every morning with a dry dipping sauce made from carefully brewed soup stock and secret sauce.
・Please come to our restaurant whether you like sake or soba. We look forward to serving you.
・"We strive to provide a consistent level of taste and hospitality by taking good care of my health on a daily basis." The proprietor of the restaurant welcomes everyone, saying that he is prepared to make the necessary efforts to entertain customers.
・Kyodo So san wants people to enjoy the food and soba along with the sake. This restaurant is prepared and ready to satisfy you.
・The fact that the restaurant had more time to spare due to the Covid-19 disaster's voluntary suspension of business was a positive factor, and it was able to start dealing with food allergies in a sincere manner with its customers.
・The menu structure changes frequently because the restaurant is originally designed to serve seasonal dishes. Please note that it is not clear what allergens are contained in the dishes other than the four items listed in the SmileMenu.
・Although there is little experience in dealing with food allergies as of February 2021, they hope to learn more about food allergies and communicate with customers at the timing of their endorsement of SmileMenu activities.
・Since a variety of allergens are used in the same kitchen, there is a high possibility of contamination. If you have food allergies, we recommend that you contact the restaurant beforehand by phone or other means to inform them of the type and severity of your allergies so that both your condition and the restaurant can be taken care of.
