・The name of the restaurant, Suzunoki, is inspired by the sound of a bell ringing warmly in the pure and dignified air. The owner, a straightforward and gentle woman, welcomes customers.
・While studying various cuisines, the Chef told me that she was fascinated by the beauty of not only the ingredients but also the seasonal decorations, such as hanging scrolls and containers, when she was working at a Japanese restaurant.
・This is a Japanese restaurant that likes to connect with people through meals and deepen human relationships, and is committed to having people enjoy dishes that they find delicious.
・Suzunoki san has been welcoming customers with food allergies since before we introduced her to Food Allergy Association of Japan and she agreed to be featured on SmileMenu, but she is not so used to serving them and would like to learn how to deal with people with food allergies by communicating with them.
・On Smilemenu, we do not indicate allergens for each menu item because Suzunoki san will serve dishes in courses, but they cook with ingredients and basic seasonings, so they are basically aware of allergens for each dish.

In the case of a last minute request, such as on the day of the event, we may not be able to respond to the food allergy, or we may not be able to provide an alternative, so we may have to reduce the number of items offered. ・In addition to the 28 allergens listed in the Food Labeling Law, if you are allergic to shellfish, please let us know three days in advance. It is safe to say that shellfish will be included depending on the menu of your meal. ・In principle, cooking utensils are cleaned on a frequent basis, but depending on the contents, some utensils may be cleaned on a frequent basis and some may be cleaned all at once.
